Future Plan

In the light of the present and future scope and scope of work of the audit cell, approval of the proposal for “Organogram and office equipment” of the audit cell till 2030 is under process. The proposal called for the transition of Audit cell to a full-fledged department in light of its activities. If the “Organogram and Office Equipment” proposal is approved, there will be an opportunity to restructure the Audit Department. In this case, dividing the audit department into “Head Quarter Audit Wing” and “Regional Audit Wing” will be an Opportunity to speed up, strengthen and digitize the internal audit activities. Besides, annual performance agreement (APA) action plan, right to Know information implementation action plan, service delivery action plan, e-governance/innovation action plan, integrity implementation action plan and complaint redressal management implementation action plan and authority’s final decision-making will be easier, which will play a role in the fulfilling the goals and objectives of BOU.
